    Ananda specializes in working with people who are experiencing co-occurring substance use and mental health issues. She is currently the lead clinician for the Centre’s Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program (SU-IOP). She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet clients where they are in their recovery processes, create a safe and supportive environment, and establish realistic goals for treatment in both individual and group settings. These modalities include Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Mindfulness, Shame Resilience, and Trauma Dynamics. Ananda believes that all life experiences can provide insight and opportunities for growth, and she works to help clients uncover their inner strength and wisdom.
