The Free Women’s Expo is a morning dedicated to women - with free health screenings, health presentations from the experts and booths with health-related products and services for women. Don't miss this opportunity to learn something new and to pamper yourself in the company of other health-minded women.
Here is this year's agenda!
7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Cancer Center: Registration, low cost blood screening (no food or alcohol for 12 hours prior), free BMI and blood pressure screenings, mammogram appointments, per your insurance, free chair massages, and free bra fittings.
8:20 – 8:50 a.m.
Circle near medical building Zumba® Fitness Class
Join the Zumba party and experience what all the excitement is about! Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that combines red-hot international music created by Grammy Award-winning producers featuring lively fun-filled steps. The Zumba program has grown to become an international sensation with 12 million people dancing their way to fitness. Please wear appropriate shoes.
9:00 a.m. to noon
Everyone is welcome! Join us for presentations by the experts and lively round table discussions about women’s health held in Porter’s Conference Center on the 1st floor between 9 a.m. and noon. We’ll offer three main lectures, repeated one time, including Stress, Sleep and Urogynecology. We’ll also hold fun, informal discussions throughout the morning.
We encourage you to attend our presentations and then drop by any (or all) of our open forums to share your stories and health concerns or to simply ask our experts for advice.
